About Us

Why Central Florida?

With over 60 million visitors to Orlando a year, ever expanding theme parks, new attractions, world class shopping, proximity to both East and West coast Florida beaches and of course glorious weather it’s not hard to see why Orlando has overtaken New York as the most visited city in the United States. All of these visitors need somewhere to stay – and this is where short term rental comes in.

We have condos, town homes and single family homes with up to 13 bedrooms and private pools available for sale, with prices from the mid $200K’s to the $800K’s. We also have private estate homes for sale for luxury home buyers in an exclusive community starting at $2,000,000. All of these homes can be rented out by the night, exactly the same as a hotel generating income for the owner.

Why a ‘Resort Home’?

Resort communities are gated, have great locations and have a wide range of amenities which is ideal from a personal use perspective and also means more people want to rent your home for vacation use purposes and will pay a higher rate to do so. Resort communities are usually immaculately landscaped with lawn care, tree trimming and at times even pool care and power washing included so there is less homeowner maintenance and the community retains its manicured look.

Who are our clients?

  • ‘Snowbirds’. Our visitors from other States, Canada and Northern Europe who enjoy Florida’s warmer climate over the winter months. Owning in a secure gated community brings peace of mind and the ability to safety ‘lock up and leave’ when not in use, or to rent the home out over the warmer months to vacationers.
  • Vacation Home buyers. Those looking for a perfect base for family vacations or long summer getaways love the amenities and location of resort homes, as well as the flexibility to rent out the homes when not in use to cover the costs of ownership
  • Investors looking for returns. Buying a home for year round rental income in the short term rental market, renting the home on a per nightly rate either through an independent property management company or on-site. Some communities also have guaranteed rental income options.
